During inflation the value of money is decreasing and you will have to pay more for the item that you were paying earlier. It affects almost all categories of people especially the common man. During inflation time, the rent shoots up, prices of commodities also go up and hence you’re saving capacity gets reduced. Inflation benefits hoarders and investors and no gain for the common man. It is said that a little bit of inflation is beneficial for the healthy growth of the economy. During inflation the salary hike may get nullified by the hike in prices of essential items. The inflation pushes the common man to borrow money from banks and other sources. They become indebted and have to cut down on their lifestyle to help them move at the forefront. It is true that inflation hard hit the common man.
Anger Management
Anger is an emotion but may go out of control at times. Sometimes you may get the feeling anger is controlling you. A person who gets angry most often may get various health related problems such as hypertension, heart disease, stomach problems etc. There are ways to control your anger. Dehydration
Dehydration occurs when you do not drink enough water or fluids and your body does not have enough fluid as it should be. Sometimes vomiting and diarrhea may lead to dehydration. Infants, children, and the elderly are more susceptible to dehydration. To prevent mild dehydration, it is suggested that you take small amounts of fluid more frequently. If dehydration is severe, doctor may administer intravenous fluids and hospitalization may be needed. If dehydration is recognized and treated immediately, many of the complications can be avoided. If left untreated, severe dehydration may lead to seizures, brain damage and even death. You should make it a practice to drink plenty of water every day. You should consume more fluid in summer. If symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea start, you should see that fluid replacement is done promptly.
